Abstract
Commissioning the Potential Habitat of Pinus Nigrawith Using of RS and GIS Techniques for Recultivation of Deforested Area Occasional Study ( watersheed of Sarkhoon, Chaharmahal Bakhtiyari Province- Iran)

Germination of plants in one area is influenced by the environmental factors of that area. Having information about both ecological needs of difference types and regional specifications of area which is under consideration is necessary. In this research the Potential habitat of a species of Pinus nigra in aquferous watersheed of Sarkhoon Chaharmahal bakhtiyari province was determined by using of RS and GIS techniques. For this purpose after collection different maps including of topography, geology, climate , soil maps of the area which is under consideration from different organs, these maps were digitazed for providing essential information layers. Information layers including of outcrop rocks, forest covering, Rang land, dry land, irrigateed farming lands were provided by TM data, then with refer to different scientific sources, also the different ecological needs of Pinus nigra were provided and base on these needs and also, the propertis of under consideration area there are different information layer. Difinitely, with assimilate layers with each other were specified that about 1239 hectars belongs to suitable habitat of Pinus nigra in under considration area.
