On December 26th 2004 Indonesia was hit by Tsunami. Nangroe Aceh Darussalam and North Sumatera were the most badly hit areas. Million of houses are damage, while foundation traces are covered by mud. People did not have their land certificate anymore so they can not claim their land that belongs to them because there is no legally evidence to prove it. To handle this problem some methods are needed in order to repair this situation as soon as possible. This study discusses quickly identification of parcel boundary using very high resolution satellite image. The methods cosist of pre processing Quickbird satellite image before and after tsunami, digitizing coastline, parcel boundaries on residential areas, roads, and vegetation, finally overlaying classified image before and after tsunami. The output of this study is the orientation of parcel border map after tsunami in a part of Meulaboh city, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam. This result is generally useful as reference to make orientation for reconstruction of parcel boundaries. Keywords: identification, land parcel, Quickbird satellite image
