prepared in accordance with "The Gujarat Town Planning & Urban Development
Act 1976 which is amended on March 9, 1999". TownMAP GIS has enough Security Checks, provides Tips Time-to-Time & guides through various steps involved in Preparation of Town Planning Scheme. This guides the Planner to maintain TIME LIMITS starting from Declaration of Intention till the Town Planning Scheme Comes into Force as specified in the Gujarat Town Planning & Urban Development Act. Planners are free from Handling Project Data as Hundreds of Files being maintained by TownMAP GIS. It keeps track of Various Interim data sets & final data sets generated at every stage.
