Spot Registration cannot be guaranteed. In view of the over participation last year, it is suggested that interested participants should register well in time. Registrations after 31 December 2002 would be considered as Spot registration and will be charged Spot Registration Fee.

Early bird Incentive
Those who register before 30th September 2001 shall be eligible for 10% Early bird discount.

Club Discount
There will be 10% discount available for those companies / organizations nominating 5 or more delegates.

What happens if you can't attend the Conference?
If you book and your plans change you have several options.

You can substitute another attendee to take your place.
You may cancel your registration with full refund less 15% administration charge, providing we have received written notification at least 30 working days before the event.
