1418 Chinese Map.

WHO ARE THE EAST ASIANS, POLYNESIANS AND AMERICAN INDIANS? ... they came from Central Asia… It was during the last ice age that the Bering sea froze over and a land bridge existed between the Old and the New World. The Central Asian races could have migrated to the Americas during this period and is evident from the facial features of Red Indians. The link between central Asia (today China) has existed since those times. Possibly information about the existence of New Lands – the Americas, was known to the Central Asians and would have resulted in the inclusion of such a land mass in the recently discovered map.

Given the interest raised by this event and the battle of views in evidence on the net, I would like to pitch my own… History (as we know it, or better still as we have been told), is a story told by the dominant political forces at that time. It’s a well known fact that the libraries of any annexed country and culture are the first to be burnt down by the conqueror... be it the Nalanda Library or the Buddha statues in Afghanistan.

While the University in New Zealand would use will work on authenticity of a maps age by scientific methods of dating, but how is one to date the information which is transferred down the ages by word of mouth?
