Ordnance Survey to use Laser-Scan to edit Geospatial Data

Laser Scan, the Cambridge-based Geospatial Solutions specialists has bagged a massive project to unify diverse datasets into a new generation of object-based databases using one topological editing system from Ordnance Survey, the national mapping agency of Great Britain. Initially to be used in the TOPO 96 program, which are very crucial to the development of geospatial datasets in U. K., the software will be used for other key OS datasets.
