The StellarTrak Corporation Completes Merger Acquisition and introduces unique Internet based solutions

17th August 2000: The StellarTrak Corporation, California US announces the successful merger with a Delaware Corporation, formerly known as, ML Acquisition Corp. The surviving entity will be known as The StellarTrak Corporation (a Delaware Corporation).

StellarTrak has developed unique Internet based GPS/Wireless Telematics solutions and services for fleet companies of all sizes. StellarTrak's Secured Internet Gateway allows fleet companies the ability to increase productivity and reduce costs substantially by integrating StellarTrak devices and software solutions into their back office operations. StellarTrak offers leading-edge technologies and fleet solutions and services that are not currently being offered in the industry today. StellarTrak became the first official licensee of US patent No B1 5,043,736 earlier this year. This patent process covers the method of transmitting GPS coordinates via a wireless/cellular network to a base station or server.
