NovaLIS Technologies appoints new President
Halifax, Nova Scotia, CANADA: NovaLIS Technologies, a world leader in land records software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Waters as President.
Gary joins NovaLIS from ESRI Inc., where his most recent role was Regional Manager Charlotte, NC. Gary held this position for the past five years and worked in the Charlotte office for five years before that. Prior to joining ESRI he worked in local government, in Hagerstown, MD and Charlotte, NC. Gary Holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
