Trimble Appoints Corporate Controller
Trimble announced today that Bonnie L. Lemon, 41, has been appointed corporate controller. Ms. Lemon succeeds Mary Ellen Genovese, who was recently named Trimble's vice president and chief financial officer.
``We are delighted that Bonnie has accepted the corporate controller position. As assistant controller Bonnie played a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our reporting systems,'' said Mary Ellen Genovese. ``We look forward to her increased participation as a key member of our financial management team.''
Ms. Lemon joined Trimble in April of 1998 as assistant corporate controller where she was responsible for the financial reporting and accounting transaction systems. Prior to joining Trimble, Ms. Lemon held the position of business controller for Dexter Aerospace's Material Division. During her tenure at Hexcel Corporation, she served as the group accounting manager for the Advanced Composites Division and accounting supervisor for the company's Advanced Products Division. Prior to joining Hexcel Corporation, she worked at Motorola, Inc. as a financial analyst for the Government Electronics Group and supervising senior auditor at the company's corporate headquarters. Ms. Lemon also served as the corporate controller for Quinton Hazell, Inc. and a senior auditor for Ernst & Young.
Ms. Lemon received her B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan, where she was a recipient of the university's regents scholarship. She is also a certified public accountant.
