Eagle Point Enhances SALES, Support, and Training Services THROUGH Web-Based Meetings

Eagle Point Software announced that it has selected WebEx Meeting Center, one of WebEx Communications' Web-based meeting services, to enhance its sales, technical support and training capabilities. WebEx Meeting Center's unique ability to provide traditional teleconferencing, live video and highly interactive web-based meetings allows Eagle Point customers and prospects to view sales demos, attend e*training and obtain customer support-all in real time.

"WebEx Meeting Center was the ideal choice for us. We needed an Internet-based service that integrated data, audio and video to provide an online meeting environment that simulates the full spontaneity of face-to-face meetings," stated Rod Blum, Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Point Software. "Overall, we feel WebEx's live web-based meeting service will provide our direct business model a venue to increase the quality of our customer contacts."

"Using WebEx can improve the efficiency of the sales cycle and provide the interactive and spontaneous communications sales and support professionals need," said Glenn Renius, Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Business Development at WebEx Communications Inc. "The WebEx interactive communications platform is designed to give solutions providers such as Eagle Point Software the competitive edge in their business."

This new service will be used to offer Eagle Point clients online learning, which can be a low- cost, highly efficient means of getting valuable training on various features and applications of the Eagle Point line of products.
