Eagle Point Enhances SALES, Support, and Training Services THROUGH Web-Based Meetings
Eagle Point Software announced that it has selected WebEx Meeting Center, one of WebEx Communications' Web-based meeting services, to enhance its sales, technical support and training capabilities. WebEx Meeting Center's unique ability to provide traditional teleconferencing, live video and highly interactive web-based meetings allows Eagle Point customers and prospects to view sales demos, attend e*training and obtain customer support-all in real time.
"WebEx Meeting Center was the ideal choice for us. We needed an Internet-based service that integrated data, audio and video to provide an online meeting environment that simulates the full

Application Sharing enables participants to run a software application on their desktop and have others view and optionally control the application.

- Desktop Remote Control allows the control of user's system remotely by another meeting participant (permission must be granted)

- Polling enables instant feedback from attendees
