Autodesk Selects Impresse as Marketing Procurement Solution Provider

Competitive Evaluation Selects impresse.com Due to Leading Vision, Technology and Adaptability

Impresse, the leading business-to-business collaboration and e-commerce service for the creation and procurement of marketing materials, announced today a strategic relationship with Autodesk, the world's leading design and digital content creation resource.

Autodesk will use the impresse.com service to produce an extensive list of items, including marketing collateral, logo merchandise, course notes and materials, product manuals and packaging, direct mail materials, and software CD's. Impresse was selected in a competitive evaluation because the impresse.com service offered superior vision, leading technology, unsurpassed adaptability, and ability to integrate seamlessly with Ariba. As a result of using impresse.com for marketing procurement, Autodesk expects to gain efficiency and visibility benefits resulting in extraordinary savings and return on investment.

By year-end, Autodesk will have 75 users on the impresse.com e-procurement system along with their suppliers for these custom-manufactured items. Autodesk required a collaboration tool that would enable them to realize significant ROI in an area of expenditure that is diverse and difficult to track. Due to the seamless and flexible integration of impresse.com with the existing Ariba e-procurement platform, the impresse.com service provides to marketing professionals at Autodesk the visibility and control into their print and marketing expenditures without sacrificing the tremendous creativity and high quality with which Autodesk is synonymous.

``Impresse.com, combined with Ariba, is a powerful combination offering customers extraordinary return on investment,'' said Nimish Mehta, CEO of Impresse Corporation. ``To be selected by Autodesk, a visionary and leading edge company with enormous expertise in the design and creation of digital content, is a great honor.''
