Wireless Data Solutions to provide turnkey Waste Management Tracking solution

San Diego, April 2, Wireless Data Solutions Inc., a leading provider of wireless fleet tracking systems to the construction industry, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary DINET will provide its Wireless Fleet Tracking Systems to Veit Disposal Systems, one of the largest providers of demolition, disposal, environmental, site preparation and other specialized construction services in the Upper Midwest.

Under the terms of the contract, DINET will provide Veit with their Waste Management Tracking Solution to improve the efficiency of Veit's vehicle fleet. DINET's wireless mobile data communications hardware and software will provide a comprehensive and integrated waste and recycling management service to enable Veit to completely and efficiently control all details involved with the day to day operation of their waste fleet vehicles, including vehicle tracking and priority, vehicle operational status, billing information, vehicle maintenance and preventative maintenance. For optimal effectiveness, knowing the status of each vehicle as well as specific events, such as arrival to job site, is vital to successful waste fleet management.

Wireless Data Solutions' wireless fleet tracking systems incorporate a combination of sensors, mapping software and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Through this technology, waste industry fleet managers can see at any given time the location of each truck as well as its real-time status. The wireless fleet tracking technology will specifically enable waste industry company managers the ability to greatly improve the efficiency and control of each vehicle in their fleet.

When deciding on a Waste Management Tracking Solution, Steve Halgren, vice-president of Veit Disposal Systems commented, "DINET's Waste Management Tracking Solution will enhance our fleet's efficiency and give us the flexibility to meet the present and future challenges of the industry."
