    Intergraph Government Solutions names Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of operations

    Huntsville, Ala.---Feb. 9, 2001-- Intergraph Government Solutions, a subsidiary of Intergraph Corporation announced today executive promotions to continue developing an independent business unit and to reorient its operational support structure towards its growing technical and professional services business.

    Mark Woelke has been named chief financial officer (CFO) for both Intergraph Government Solutions and Intergraph Mapping and GIS Solutions business units with responsibility for finance and accounting in both organizations. He has five years of experience as manager of finance in Intergraph's Federal division. Prior to that, he held a variety of financial positions at Allied Signal, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics, where he gained extensive international experience in financial and government audits.

    Joseph Fehrenbach has been appointed Vice President of Intergraph Government Solutions Operations, with responsibility for information technology, contracts, marketing, purchasing and human resources. He has served more than 18 years in technical, marketing and business management roles in Intergraph's Federal and mapping/GIS businesses. He has previously managed consulting services at Bentley Systems Inc. and held supervisory positions with the United States Geological Survey in emerging technology areas.

    Dr. William Salter, President of Intergraph Government Solutions, said, "The IT and professional services market offers incredible opportunity for Intergraph Government Solutions. We were recently ranked 54th in Washington Technology's list of Federal prime contractors in IT services.
