Skynet Telematics.Com Inc announces agreement with a business partner in Poland
London--Feb. 15, 2001-- Skamp International Ltd, which is responsible for the sales and distribution of the Skynet / Skamp In-vehicle communications, security and tracking products across seventeen countries of Central and Eastern Europe recently signed a franchise agreement with a division of the TCH Group for the formation of Skamp Poland.
TCH Group is specialises in software and hardware solutions to a strong network of business clients in Poland, many of them in the transport industry. Under the franchise agreement TCH is to form a Telematic division representing the Skamp products and services in Poland.
Skamp / Skynet products couple GSM, GPS, SMS and a remotely activated immobilising system into a vehicle. In combination, these technologies uniquely "wrap" the protected vehicle in an invisible "net" of radio, electrical, electronic, mechanical, ultrasonic, telematics, and ever-watching satellite protection that spans national boundaries and continents.
Skynet has invested strongly in Central Europe with the establishment of a major business and Monitoring Centre computer hub in Slovakia to support business growth in Central and Eastern Europe. The potential of these developing markets was recognised as important to the growth of Skynet / Skamp products and services in Europe. The Skamp / Skynet Centre in Central Europe provided Technical, Sales and Product training to help with the rapid establishment of Skamp in Poland.
Skynet Telematics.Com Inc is involved in the development, marketing and distribution of integrated telematic, Internet, tracking, location and communication systems and the provision of specialised monitoring and concierge services to users of these products in the UK and throughout Europe.
