    Intergraph to broadcast fourth quarter 2000 Financial Results Conference Call over the Internet


    HUNTSVILLE, Ala, Jan. 18, 2001--Intergraph Corporation will provide an online, real-time webcast and rebroadcast of its 4th Quarter 2000 financial results conference call to be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

    The live broadcast of Intergraph's January 31 conference call will be hosted by Global Crossing Conferencing, and visitors can access the webcast at www.intergraph.com. Visitors will be asked to pre-register and should plan to visit www.intergraph.com 5 to 10 minutes before the broadcast of the conference call, which will begin at 2 p.m. Eastern time. A replay of the webcast will also be available for on-demand access following the webcast and continuing until February 28, 2001.
