    Signalsoft appoints Maureen O'Neillas new vice president of software development

    Boulder, Colo. - January 16, 2001 - SignalSoft Corporation, the platform and applications developer of Wireless Location Services, today announced the appointment of Maureen O'Neill to the position of Vice President of Software Development. O'Neill, a three-year veteran of the SignalSoft software development team, will now assume the strategic, operational and technical leadership of the company's software development.

    As the VP of Software Development, O'Neill will be responsible for the design and execution of a comprehensive technical plan aimed at producing the software required to meet the needs of the Company and the fast growing wireless location industry. She will oversee the managers and software developers in the department and manage the growth of both products and staff. O'Neill also works to ensure that SignalSoft's products are delivered in a timely fashion to establish and maintain technical partnerships with third party software vendors, as well as with telecommunications and Internet partners.

    Prior to joining SignalSoft as Senior Software Engineer, O'Neill began her career at EDS, where she spent seven years honing her software development and managerial skills. As a key contributor to EDS dbINTELLECT Technologies, her accomplishments include designing and developing new enterprise customer management applications.
