American Crop Insurance to use satellite imageries.
Albuquerque, N.M., March 14, The ability to quickly and accurately define field boundaries and measure insured acres' using a personal computer and EarthScan's online imagery access and measurement tools is changing the way crop insurance agents look at their customers' fields.
American Agrisurance (AmAg), the nation's third largest crop insurance company, has entered into a distribution agreement with EarthScan to offer this product to AmAg agents.
