This paper will highlights about the usage of GIS by describing the key components of the technology and illustrates how the health department can begin to harness this emerging technology to effect change not only in their organizations but in the communities they serve. The mass of the Jharkhand State will see the result in few years to come if it can be incorporated in due course of time.
