Key to successful project management is detailed documentation of various production processes for a given project and matching but well defined job description, lines of communication of key staff that shall be responsible for desired performance of distinct stages of production processes. Normally such job descriptions would also include responsibilities and authorities of person assigned for specific production process. Various production processes are the natural business activities we perform that produce value, serve costumer and generate income. Managing these processes is the key to success of the organization.
