A Geodetic-Geodynamic monitoring network can be establish around a fault For measuring the relative motion and deformation sites in region. But it is necessary we should consider some essential facts and notices for establish a GPS network around a fault.

In this paper we explain some of these most important facts and notices, and we describe their effects on observations by some examples while we don’t regard these notices.

Purpose of this discussion is determining of at least necessary parameters for establishing each GPS network around a fault for to achieve correct observations. That, these observations must represent only deformation and motion related with the same fault , not any other fault in this zone of faults.

Finally, we give a general methodology for stabling a Geodetic-Geodynamic monitoring network around a fault for measuring its deformation
