Abstract
Considering the reuse of knowledge and technology, cross-platform programming, and secondary development easily, a COM-based electronic map system, TeleMap is developed. In the paper, the general architecture and inner component structure of TeleMap are illustrated in detail. An electronic map system is achieved based on TeleMap in VB developing platform.
