Abstract
The presentation outlines the geospatial capabilities of the Oracle platform. It discusses Oracle Spatial's
geospatial information management functionality, and Fusion Middleware (FMW) components for geospatial
application development and deployment. In particular the talk will describe FMW MapViewer, and its use
with JDeveloper's data visualization tools and Application Express. It will also briefly discuss the use of
geospatial information with other FMW products such as Enterprise Content Management and the SOA
Suite.
